Ingredients

  • 1 cup any combination of dried fruit, pitted and chopped (consider raisins, dates, figs, apples, apricots)
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup high-protein powder
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup wheat bran
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Just enough grape juice to make thick batter

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together well; spread into greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 300 F for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm. Cut into squares immediately but allow to cool before removing from pan.
