Nonfat Dry Milk

Nonfat dry milk is often used to add calcium and protein to baked goods, puddings and sauces.
Add 1/3 cup powder for each cup of milk or other liquid used in soups, sauces, and beverages, and add 1/2 cup powder to the dry ingredients in muffins, biscuits, and breads.
