Ingredients
- 1 Peeled butternut squash
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place squash on baking sheet with foil
2. Mix all other ingredients
3. Toss squash with mixture.
4. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, stirring twice
