Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Crisco® Vegetable Oil
- 1 lb. Boneless Chicken breasts, cut up
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 2 cups frozen frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
- Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside.
ADD soup, water, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Add pasta. Cook 10 min. over medium heat, stirring often.
ADD chicken. Cook 5 min. or until pasta is done, stirring often. Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with a tossed green salad. For dessert serve sliced fresh melon.
