Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups chredded cabbage (preferably red or purple)
- 1 cup halved green grapes
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tea. salt
- freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve.
If making slaw in advance, reserve the walnuts and toss in just before serving.
