Ingredients
- 16 large perfectly ripe strawberries
- 4 oz Baker’s chocolate (German sweet chocolate, semi-sweet or white chocolate)

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse strawberries, leaving on hulls and stems.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Air dry on paper towel lined racks.
Microwave chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on medium power for 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted.
Stir chocolate until completely melted.
Holding strawberries by the stem, dip two-thirds of the berry into the melted chocolate.
Let the excess chocolate drip back into the pot.
Set on waxed paper lined tray.
Let stand at room temperature or refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or up to a maximum of 2 hours to set chocolate.
Let soften for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
