Ingredients
- 6 medium boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2/3 cup chicken stock

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly grease a shallow casserole dish.
Stir the rice into the melted butter so all the grains are coated.
Spread in an even layer in casserole dish.
Place the chicken over the rice.
In a saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat,
stirring, until the butter is melted and the sauce combined.
Pour the sauce over the chicken, moistening all the rice.
Cover and bake at 375°F for about 50 minutes or until chicken and rice are tender.
