- 4 cups heavy cream
- 3 to 4 oz crumbly gorgonzola
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 3/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon parsely

Step 1
Bring the cream to a boil over medium heat continue to boil until reduced. 30 to 45 minutes. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients.
