Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed fruits (pineapple, strawberries, melon, apples, oranges, peaches, seedless grapes, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup shredded fresh coconut
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 tsp poppy seeds

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, toss the fruit, coconut, and raisins. Refrigerate.
To make the dressing: Lightly beat the egg in a small saucepan. Stir in the lemon juice, honey, and orange juice. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats the back of a spoon. Cool thoroughly.
Fold in the yogurt, orange rind, and poppy seeds. Chill.
Pour the dressing over individual servings of the fruit.
