Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup bran
- 1/4 cup high-protein powder
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Step 1
Combine flour, bran, protein powder, baking powder, spices and salt in mixing bowl. Set aside. Beat eggs; add oil, honey and pumpkin. Add egg mixture all at once to dry ingredients; add orange rind, raisins, dates and nuts and mix until dry ingredients are just moistened. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
