Ingredients
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup high-protein powder
- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- Chopped nuts

Step 1
Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. Whisk together dry ingredients. Beat together egg yolks, honey, yogurt and oil. Mix wet with dry ingredients; fold in egg whites. Pour into greased 5-by-9-inch loaf pan and top with chopped nuts. Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes.
