Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- Dash salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp high-protein powder

Step 1
Mix butter, peanut butter and molasses. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until fluffy. Stir in honey, vanilla and yogurt. Mix dry ingredients and add to peanut butter mixture. Bake in greased 5-by-9-inch loaf pan at 325 F for approximately 1 hour.
