Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups honey
- 1/4 cup carob powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Melt butter; add milk, honey and carob. Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil gently, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Add salt; remove from heat and beat until creamy. Add nuts; spread into greased 8-inch square dish. Cool. Cut into squares.
