  • 1 fl oz lemon juice
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Creole Mustard
  • 10 fl oz veg oil
  • 5 1/3 c olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt or TT
  • 1/2 tsp gbp tt
