Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2/3 cup wheat germ
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 1/2 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup cashew meal
- 2 tbsp honey
- Filling:
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 cups (24 ounces) cream cheese
- 1/3 cup orange or apple juice concentrate
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 1/3 cups honey

Preparation
Step 1
Crust: Mix together wheat germ, flour, allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cut butter into flour mixture as for pastry dough. Add cashew meal and honey. Press into bottom and sides of an oiled 9-inch springform pan.
Filling: Process remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into above crust and bake at 300 F for 2 hours. Cheesecake should be golden, not brown. Refrigerate immediately for at least 6 hours or overnight.
