Ingredients
- 2 pkgs Kraft shredded Four Cheese Mexican Cheese
- 2 pkgs Kraft shredded Jack/Cheddar Mexican Cheese
- 1 can Old El Paso mild Enchilada Sauce
- Corn Tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
Fill a small frying pan about 1/4 way with oil and heat on low for about 10 minutes.
Place tortilla in oil to soften it up for just a few seconds, then dip tortilla in Enchilada Sauce.
Put tortilla on a plate and sprinkle Four Cheese blend down the middle of the tortilla.
Wrap edges and place seam-side down in greased 13x9" pan.
Repeat until all enchiladas are made.
Top enchiladas with Jack/Cheddar blend.
Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes.
