Honey Butter

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1/3 cup safflower oil
• 1/4 cup honey

Step 1

Beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in oil, blending thoroughly. Continue beating and add honey.

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. This butter will keep for 1 week.
