- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey

Arrange pineapple slices in a single layer in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
In a small saucepan, combine the butter and honey; heat. Brush the butter-honey mixture over the pineapple slices.
Place the dish under a broiler, about 5 inches from the heating element. Turn the slices when lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Brush with the butter-honey mixture; brown lightly. Serve immediately.
