Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups dried apricots
- 1 cup pitted prunes
- 1 1/2 cups dried apples
- 2 1/2 cups pitted dates
- 2 3/4 cups raisins
- 2 cups nut meats
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- Shredded coconut

Step 1
Pour hot water over apricots; cover, let stand for 30 minutes. Drain (save water for other sweetening or cooking). Force fruits, nuts and seeds through food chopper, alternating fruits and nuts to minimize stickiness. Form into 1-inch balls and roll in coconut.
