Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 4 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon extract
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust, Plain or Fancy (Recipe in collection)

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs until thick and creamy; add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into a 9-inch springform pan which has been lined with Graham Cracker Crust. Bake at 300 F for 1 hour. Turn off oven (do not open door) and leave cake inside for 1 1/2 hours more. Refrigerate overnight.
