Ingredients
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chopped, pitted dates
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup bran

Step 1
Mix eggs with honey. Blend in dry ingredients. Add nuts and dates. Spread into well-oiled 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm.
