Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can chilli beans (15 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 1/2 oz)
- 1 can tomato paste (6 1/2 oz)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- Shredded Cheddar cheese

Step 1
In a large pot, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat browned. Drain grease. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
