Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
With scissors, cut ribs in easy-to-handle pieces. Sprinkle with flour and sauté in olive oil. Place in oven roaster.
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and pour over ribs. Cover and cook in 350 F preheated oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice.
