- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs and 1 egg white
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 tsp. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
blend all ingredients in blender for 1 minute. Scrape sides and blend another 15 seconds.
put butter in crepe pan when melted pour in batter.
Turn gently.
Serve with jam, syrup, cinnamon and sugar or fresh fruit
