Ingredients

  • 16 Frozen Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
  • 16oz Block of Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 16 cubes
  • Butter, olive oil or beaten egg
  • 2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 2 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Marinara Sauce, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Flatten each dinner roll into a 4" circle; place a cheese cube in the middle. Bring the edges together and pinch firmly to seal completely. Place seam side down, on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until almost double in size.

2. In a bowl, mix garlic salt, Italian seasoning and oregano until well combined. Remove plastic wrap from rolls; brush each one with butter, olive oil or beaten egg. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture.

3. Bake at 350F for 15-20 mins, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
