Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- FILLING:
- 1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup whipped cream, whipped
- strawberries halves

Step 1
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Softened gelatin water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese, sugar and salt, mixing at medium speed. Gradually add gelatin, milk, and juice, mixing until blended. Chill until slightly thickened, fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust; chill until firm. Top with strawberries just before serving.
