Ingredients
- 1 cup millet flour (or meal)
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup mashed bananas

Step 1
Whisk together dry ingredients. Beat together eggs, oil, honey and bananas. Mix wet with dry ingredients; pour into greased 5-by-9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
