Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust, Plain or Fancy (Recipe in collection)

Prepare Graham Cracker Crust of your choice.
In a blender, dissolve cornstarch in yogurt; add cottage cheese and blend until smooth. Add lemon juice, honey and vanilla. Beat egg yolks in bowl until thick; add cheese mixture and beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into cheese mixture. Pour into 10-inch springform pan which has been lined with Graham Cracker Crust. Bake at 300 F for 50 minutes or until center is firm. Turn off oven and leave cake inside with door closed for about 1 hour or until cool. Loosen sides of pan and remove cake. Refrigerate overnight.
