- 7 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup high-protein powder
- 2 cups finely ground nuts
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Step 1
Beat egg yolks with honey. Gradually add high-protein powder and nuts, then salt, vanilla and nutmeg. Fold this mixture into stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased 9-inch tube pan. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour. Cool in pan.
