  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 11/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add cornstarch and mix well. Add beaten eggs, raisins and flavorings. Fill pastry almost to top. Bake at 450F for 20 minutes.
