Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 11/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add cornstarch and mix well. Add beaten eggs, raisins and flavorings. Fill pastry almost to top. Bake at 450F for 20 minutes.
