Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped Green Onions & tops
- 2 Tbs Sugar Substitute
- 1 Tbs Canola Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 pressed Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp grated fresh Ginger Root
- 2 1/2 lbs boneless beef Sirloin Steak

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Blend Soy Sauce, Green Onions, Sugar, Oil, Cornstarch, Garlic, & Ginger in Sm. saucepan. Simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened ˜ 1 min; cool. Cover & set aside.
2.) Slice Beef into 1/8” thick strips ˜ 4” long & 1” wide. Thread onto skewers keeping meat as flat as possible. Brush both sides with sauce. Cook until done.
