Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups white chocolate(cut in small pieces)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream, sugar, and butter in saucepan. Bring to full, rolling boil. Boil for 60 seconds. Remove from heat and add white chocolate and vanilla. Stir until candy is melted. Beat until spreading consistency.
