Step 1
Dice 1 medium peeled sweet onion.Add 2 chopped trimmed scallions, 2-3 seeded stemmed serrano chiles, 1/4 bunch chopped cilantro, 1 clove minced peeled garlic, and juice of 1 lime. Season with salt to taste and mix well. Cover and set aside at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours in the refrigerator. Serve with puffed corn tortillas and Mexican sausage.
