    (18 oz) roll refrigerated sugar cookies

  • 2

    teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1/2

    teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2

    teaspoons vanilla

  • 3/4

    cup pecans

  • 1/2

    cup toffee bits

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Break up cookie dough into large bowl. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in pecans and toffee bits. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons 3 inches apart onto sprayed cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 11 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
