Ingredients
- 3 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey

Step 1
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder; set aside. Mix together egg, oil, water, vinegar and honey. Add egg mixture to flour; blend with fork. Gather together into ball, place in plastic bag and chill for 15 minutes. Divide dough in half; roll each half between two pieces of waxed paper. If making two bottom crusts for no-bake fillings, prick pastry and prebake at 375 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
