Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 cup high-protein powder
- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup toasted soy grits

Step 1
Combine oil and honey; add eggs and almond extract. Combine protein powder, powdered milk, wheat germ, oatmeal and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix well. Stir in soy grits. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
