Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup high-protein powder
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup bran
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Step 1

Beat eggs; add oil, honey and almond extract and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Stir in coconut, nuts and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.
