Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup All-Bran cereal, crumbled
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup dried currants
- 12 dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 cup soy milk (vanilla is good)
- 1 tsp baking powder

Step 1
Recipe did not include baking temperature. 350 F a fair guess. Adjust as needed.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into cooking-sprayed muffin pans. Bake for about 20 minutes or until it survives the toothpick test.
