Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • garlic to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, salt and garlic together. Roll into 1-inch balls and place in a shallow baking dish.

In another bowl, mix together the brown sugar, vinegar, water and dry mustard. Pour over meatballs and bake uncovered at 325 for 40 minutes.
