- 400 g Crème fraiche
- Pepper
- Salt
- Lemon rind chopped
- Yellow cherry tomato
- Red cherry tomato
- Marjoram
- Fresh chillis
- Lemon juice
- Mozzarella

Step 1
Slice mozzarella onto platter. Mix crème fraiche with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over mozzarella. Top with cherry tomatoes, lemon rind, chilli and marjoram. Sprinkle with virgin olive oil.
Serve with hot Turkish bread.
