Ingredients
- 15 1/2 oz salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 C. soft bread crumbs, I used crackers
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 1 T. dry parsley, if desired
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 T. worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 3/4 t. salt
- 2 T. oleo
- Quick Tangy Cream Sauce
- 1/2 c. mayoonnaise
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 t. lemon juice
- 1 t. mustard
- 1 t. worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 t. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*. Combine all salmon loaf ingds. Spoon into 9X5X3 loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
Spread smooth. Bake until knife comes out clean, about 45 mins. Let stand 5 mins. Serve hot or cold with sauce below.
Sauce: Combine all ingds. Heat gently until hot. Do not boil. Can combine and serve cold with cold salmon loaf. Also good on salmon cakes.
