Ingredients
- To make Cajun Remoulade (very good!) - add:
- 1 cup Mayo
- 2 TB lemon juice
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 2 TB chopped cornichon (small pickles, more sour than dill)
- 1 TB capers, chopped
- 1 TB chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 TB horseradish
- 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp worcestershire

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve on side of fish or crab cakes (or any seafood)
