Ingredients

  • 1 LB Butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup
  • 2 TB rum
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Place butter into bowl of mixer. Using paddle attachment, beat the butter in the bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and beat until combined

To make Florets:

Place in plastic bag with decorator tip. Pipe florets onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper & freeze.

**TIP:
Compound Butter is best stored in the freezer after piped into florets
