  • 6 pears (about 6 cups), pared and sliced thin
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Step 1

In large bowl lightly stir together all ingredients. Turn into 9-inch pie or cake pan sprayed with nonstick coating. Bake in 425 F oven 20 to 30 minutes or until pears are tender.
