Ingredients

  • 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh sage or 1/2 tsp. dried
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Step 1

1. In a large resealable plastic bag, place tenderloins. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, molasses, garlic, sage and rosemary. Pour mixture over tenderloins and seal bag. Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Spray a shallow roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray. Remove tenderloins from bag, discarding marinade, and place in prepared roasting pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
3. In a small saucepan, combine mayonnaise, whipping cream, onion, horseradish and black pepper over medium heat, stirring constantly until heated through.
4. Serve tenderloin with Horseradish-Cream Sauce.
