Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fine cracker or bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 3 lbs chicken, cut up or chicken parts
- 1/4 cup butter or hard margarine, melted

Step 1
Combine first 9 ingredients in soup bowl. Stir well.
Brush chicken with melted butter. Coat with crumb mixture in soup bowl. Arrange skin side up in single layer on greased baking sheet with sides. Bake in 350 oven for about 1 1/4 hours until tender.
