- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion salt

Step 1
Measure all ingredients into small bowl. Stir thoroughly. To use, moisten chicken parts with water and dip in coating. This is easier to do if coating is put into a plastic bag and each piece of chicken is shaken in it to coat. Arrange chicken on ungreased baking try. Bake in 400 oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until tender.
Makes enough to coat about 3 1/2 pounds
