Ingredients
- 1 1eggeggs
- 1/4 1/4cup cup(50 mL) (50 mL) dry bread crumbs
- 1 1small onion, grated
- 1 1clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 1-1/2tsp tsp(7 mL) (7 mL) dry mustard
- 1/2 1/2tsp tsp(2 mL) (2 mL) salt
- 1/4 1/4tsp tsp(1 mL) (1 mL) pepper
- 1/4 1/4tsp tsp(1 mL) (1 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1lb lb(454 g) (454 g) lean ground beef
- 6 hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, beat egg; mix in 2 tbsp (25 mL) water, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in beef; shape into six 3/4-inch (2 cm) patties. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; cook for 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside. Sandwich in buns.
