- Flour
- Butter
- Salt

Step 1
Put turkey in sink to cut bag. Pull out bags from both ends of turkey. Stand and rinse out. Pat dry with paper towels. To cook in bag, put 4 tbsp flour in bag. Vent holes in bag. Rub turkey with butter and spices. Put in bag and tie closed. Put meat thermometer in breast of turkey. Place in pan with legs up. Use juices from the pan to add to gravy.
Cook Times at 180 degrees:
Whole Turkey, un-stuffed
12-16 lbs - 2 to 2 1/2 hours
16-20 lbs - 2 1/2 to 3 hours
20-24 lbs - 3 to 3 1/2 hours
Whole Turkey, stuffed
12-16 lbs - 2 1/2 to 3 hours
16-20 lbs - 3 to 3 1/2 hours
20-24 lbs - 3 1/2 to 4 hours
