  • Clams
  • Mussels
  • Squid
  • Scallops
  • Fish
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 glass White wine
  • Saffron
  • Garlic

Step 1

Method

Place saffron in wine.

Fry off garlic until soft and coloured.

Add mussels and clams. Shake around. Add wine. Cover and cook for 1 minute. Place fish fillets on top of shellfish. Place squid, calamari and scallops on top.

Add chopped parsley and cream and simmer for about 10 minutes.
